Position Summary
This role is tailored to a strategically oriented professional with 3 to 5 years of post-graduate
experience in investment banking, corporate law, private equity, or strategy consulting,
who is now seeking to transition into a senior operating role within a real estate investment and
development environment.
The Executive Coordinator will operate as a direct extension of the Board-entrusted with
supporting enterprise-level initiatives, managing cross-functional execution, and driving the
institutionalization of the business. The mandate is structurally expansive and positioned at the
firm's strategic core.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating within a lean, fast-moving environment
where priorities evolve, and execution requires a high degree of independence,
accountability, and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Execution & Board Interface
- Act as a principal liaison between the Board and key internal and external stakeholders,
ensuring delivery of strategic initiatives and aligned execution across business functions.
- Prepare board materials, investment committee presentations, quarterly reporting, and
confidential memoranda.
- Convert Board directives into structured implementation plans, milestone frameworks,
and follow-up governance.
2. Transaction Management & Capital Structuring
- Support the origination and execution of real estate transactions, including acquisitions,
joint ventures, and development partnerships.
- Coordinate legal, financial, tax, and technical due diligence processes with external
advisors.
- Assist in financial modelling, IRR scenario testing, and preparation of transaction
summaries and investment memoranda.
3. Operational Infrastructure & Scalability
- Lead the implementation of internal systems, reporting tools, and process governance
frameworks to support the company's scale-up phase.
- Monitor executional KPIs, project milestones, and consultant performance across the
development portfolio.
- Support cross-functional initiatives including procurement, vendor negotiations, contract
reviews, and internal controls.
4. Governance, Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the Board in selected external engagements with JV partners, legal counsel,
municipal stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure the integrity and continuity of the company's governance framework, document
protocols, and compliance architecture.
- Oversee board operations, regulatory filings, and shareholder communication processes.
Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or Management from a recognised
academic institution.
Preferred Credentials
- Postgraduate qualifications such as MSc, MBA, or LLM from a top-tier institution are
strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in one or more of the following:
- Investment Banking (real estate, M&A, structured finance)
- Corporate or Real Estate Law (transactional or advisory)
- Private Equity or Principal Investing
- Strategy Consulting (with exposure to capital-intensive sectors or real assets)

Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required.
