About the role
A Campaigns Manager specializes in planning, managing and executing projects related to Marketing Campaigns:
identifies and assigns all the tasks that need to be completed within a marketing campaign, and then oversees and works across the full marketing supply chain to ensure the campaign is effective, accurate, and producing the aimed results and ROI.
It's an all-encompassing job that requires a high-level view of various moving parts and, as well, supports the campaign strategy by inputting best practices and innovative tactics.
What will be your responsibilities
- Plan, design, manage and execute projects to ensure delivery by applying Agile Marketing
- Leverage problem solving skills to ensure projects deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
- Identify and implement improvements that streamline the campaign process flow
- Demonstrate outstanding and effective communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
- Manage multiple budgets, ensuring objectives are achieved on time and within budget, in the case external Agencies are part of the execution
- Lead and manage the implementation of marketing projects, which includes resources and project planning, execution and status updates
- Work with 3rd-party partners and external agencies to execute campaigns programs
- Work with global and regional Stakeholders (Marketing and non-Marketing) on campaign implementation and collaborate to the overall go-to-market process
- Create accountabilities for all parties involved
- Develop options and recommendations to avert or mitigate identified risks
- Offer best practices and the latest Marketing trends for campaigns success
What expertise and experience are required
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields
- 3-5 years of related job experience
- In-depth knowledge of running B2B campaigns
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns and other linked requests, i.
e.
, Events simultaneously - A good understanding of current marketing trends and upcoming digital marketing innovative go-to-market
- Experience within B2B marketing in global environment
- Must have proven successful experience in managing and facilitating multiple marketing projects
- Expertise for project management tools and processes i.
e.
, Asana and ServiceNow, being a best practices promoter - Must be proficient acting in and leading integrated teams, and to coordinate and communicate to multiple Stakeholders
