POSITION SUMMARY:
The overall responsibility for this role will be to support the accomplishment of the sales target defined for this role.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The candidate will be responsible for the sales targets defined for the assigned role,
- He must be able to elaborate and follow proposals,
- Visit customers (Portugal and abroad) and make presentations about i-charging solutions,
- Negotiate and close business with the final customers,
- Document his activity in the CRM tool,
- Follow customers closely and be able to keep customer loyalty and satisfaction at high level,
- Register orders in the ERP system,
- Support achievement of customer KPI's (volume, payment days, deliveries, etc).
INTERACTIONS & INTERFACES:
- Internally will interact with marketing, technical and operations teams,
- Externally will interact with customers and business partners,
- Reports to Sales Manager Coordinator.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Degree in engineering (preference electrical),
- Newly graduated or up to 3 years of experience in sales,
- Experience in sales of electric equipment (appreciated),
- Experienced Office user (Word, Excel, Outlook),
- Knowledge of ERP systems,
- Knowledge of CRM Systems (is a plus),
- Proficiency in English is a must (minimum B2 level),
- Good skills in German or French or Spanish are appreciated,
- Good capacity to establish personal relations,
- Focused and resilient,
- Target oriented,
- Good communication skills,
- Good organizational skills,
- Good negotiation skills (preferred).

The personal data is processed for the purposes of selecting and recruiting the Candidate, and if selected, integrating i-charging within the framework of an employment contract/internship relationship.
The basis of the lawfulness for the collection and processing of personal data, taking into account the indicated purposes, relates to the need to process the personal data of the Candidate for the execution of pre-contractual diligences.
The processing of personal data related to the applicant's disability is based on the need to comply with obligations arising from labor and social protection legislation.
The processing of personal data not requested but provided by the Candidate is based on the Candidate's consent, and the Candidate may withdraw consent in writing in a request addressed to the Data Protection Officer or the Data Controller.
The data may be transmitted to a subcontractor for the recruitment process.
The Candidate's personal data will be kept for a period of 5 year's starting from the date of submission of the application, if after completion of the recruitment and selection the Candidate is not selected. The Candidate not selected authorizes i-charging to use his/her data for such period for subsequent similar recruitment processes.
The Candidate may:
(i) confirm and request a copy of the personal data (right of access); (ii) request the correction or updating of the personal data where they are inaccurate, outdated or incomplete (right of rectification); limit the processing of the data (right to limitation of processing); request their erasure (right to erasure); receive the personal data concerning him/her in a format which allows ordinary use and automatic reading and the right to transmit such data to another controller (right to data portability); right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he/she considers that the processing of the personal data infringes applicable law (right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority).
