- Rozwój, optymalizacja i utrzymanie platformy eCommerce Magento CE (backend, frontend oraz middleware)
- Tworzenie nowych funkcjonalności oraz nadzór nad wdrażaniem zmian w istniejących modułach
- Projektowanie i implementacja integracji z systemami zewnętrznymi (ERP, Marketplace, Płatności, systemy 3-rd party itd.)
- Optymalizacja wydajności oraz zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa całej platformy
- Rozwiązywanie złożonych problemów technicznych oraz wsparcie dla zespołu
- Współpraca z interesariuszami w zakresie definiowania i wdrażania rozwiązań biznesowych
- Dbanie o jakość kodu, automatyzację procesów i dokumentację techniczną
- Ścisła współpraca z zespołem programistów odpowiedzialnym za aplikację mobilną
- Mentorowanie i wspieranie członków zespołu, zapewnienie ciągłego rozwoju i kompetencji technicznych
- Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w pracy z Magento (preferowana wersja CE 2.x), w tym doświadczenie w pracy jako Tech Lead lub Senior Developer
- Znajomość MySQL,PHP 8, Redis, RabbitMQ, Varnish, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana
- Umiejętność projektowania relacyjnych baz danych
- Znajomość JavaScript, HTML i CSS
- Praktyczna znajomość Hyvä (Theme + Checkout)
- Znajomość GraphQL, REST API oraz doświadczenie w integracji systemów zewnętrznych
- Znajomość systemów kontroli wersji (GitLab)
- Znajomość Dockera, Kubernetesa i narzędzi CI/CD
- Doświadczenie w optymalizacji wydajności oraz bezpieczeństwa Magento
- Umiejętność wdrożeń Responsive Web Design
- Znajomość metodologii Agile/Scrum oraz narzędzi do zarządzania projektami (np. Jira, Confluence)
- Silne umiejętności analityczne i komunikacyjne
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną pracę z dokumentacją oraz zespołami międzynarodowymi
- Doskonała organizacja pracy, umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
- Udział w budowaniu zespołu i procesów wytwórczych w organizacji: będziesz pierwszą osobą w nowo tworzonym zespole developerskim w IT, więc będziesz mieć realny wpływ na rozwój zespołu
