As a key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, defining product features, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.You will join a team in a new entity in Poland that is focusing on creating a new product from scratch.What We DoWe are on the frontline of recruitment enabling organizations to Hire Smarter.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Junior / Product Owner or in a directly related role (e.g., Business Analyst, Product Analyst).Tools:
Familiarity with PPT, ADO, Figma, Miro, JIRA, and Trello.Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to present to senior leaders and key clients.Methodologies:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and basic software development processes.Growth Mindset:
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Power BI, and the ability to analyze data from various sources to identify issues and generate actionable insights.Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiating skills.Teamwork:
Customer-focused, demonstrating strong teamwork skills while also being able to work independently when needed.AdvantageousATS/HRIS Experience:
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resource Information Systems.Technical Skills:
Strong technical skills to effectively communicate with the development team and understand technical concepts.Process Mapping:
2+ years of experience with process mapping tools and documentation of requirements.Project Management:
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Certifications:
Formal Product Management Certifications.Product Launch:
