Join our team at Fulton Hogan as a dedicated and experienced Waters Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and construction of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects. You'll be responsible for managing a skilled team, ensuring project timelines and standards are met, and driving continuous improvements in our operations and make a tangible impact on Northland's infrastructure projects.

In addition to the above you will:
Manage and supervise the maintenance and construction of 3-waters infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead, train, and motivate your team to achieve high performance.
Identify and implement opportunities for process and systems improvements.
Collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry best practices and innovations.

We're looking for someone with:
Extensive experience in 3-waters infrastructure management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in relevant software and tools for infrastructure management.
Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
Relevant certifications and training in water infrastructure management.
Valid driving licence (Class 1 essential, additional classes desirable).
