This programme is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, exposure to different aspects of our business, and the opportunity to develop essential skills and competencies.You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, contribute to projects, and participate in training and development programmes to elevate your career.

A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a NZ-recognised tertiary institute and has graduated between 2023-2025.A NZ/Australian citizenship or NZ permanent residence status.Has a passion for practical, hands-on contracting work.Strong organisational skills and a proactive, self-directed approach to work.Open mindedness and is flexible to change.Availability to commence full time work in Feb 2026.A strong emphasis on safety and consistently demonstrates ethical behaviour while treating others with respect.Your Career Starts Here.
