About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Reception Administrator to join our client's fantastic corporate offices based in the Wynyard Quarter and Albany locations.
Working closely with the Facilities Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role split across locations covering reception and facilities related duties. Your day will involve everything from greeting and directing internal and external stakeholders, to efficiently addressing maintenance issues with contractors. You'll ensure visitors feel welcomed and our facilities run smoothly while maintaining a solid understanding of our clients' organisational structure.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and directing stakeholders alwayswith a 5-star customer service mindset
Answering phone calls promptly, professionally, and attentively
Conducting daily building checks
Liaising with contractors to promptly address various maintenance issues and ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements
Meeting room resets and administration tasks as required
Prioritising security awareness and paying strong attention to detail
Some moderate lifting may be involved
Ensuring your site is compliant with Canon and our Clients' Health & Safety Standards
About you
We are seeking a customer service superstar who enjoys being the first point of contact for reception related duties. Along with this, you are happy to roll up your sleeves and dive into facilities related responsibilities as part of your role.
This role requires travel between various locations, so we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and confident working independently, yet also thrives in a team environment. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of what you do-you communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and manage your time efficiently.
Other key attributes include:
Proven experience in a customer facing corporate hospitality environment is highly regarded
Very high standard of personal presentation
Knowledge of building compliance is advantageous, but training will beprovided
Strong admin skills and proficiency in MS packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Outgoing personality with a 'can-do' attitude and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
Ability to troubleshoot, effectively prioritise and multitask
Hardworking, reliable, and highly adaptable in a rapidly changing environment
Physically fit to be on your feet for a big part of your day
