In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving packaging development projects that deliver innovative, practical, and consumer-focused solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead the development of packaging solutions for complex innovation projects, focusing on consumer-driven designs.Manage the end-to-end packaging development process, from ideation to concept creation, validation, and operational implementation.Translate innovation concepts into creative and functional packaging solutions, ensuring compliance with food safety and sustainability standards.Build strong relationships with suppliers and design agencies to scout trends and source innovative ideas.Manage the Packaging Design Capabilities within the Innovation Hub, including software and hardware.Support cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Operations to deliver effective packaging solutions.Conduct packaging trials to ensure product compatibility, runnability in factories, and transport resilience.Why Choose Us?Our Values:

About You:
A Master's degree in Packaging Industrial Design Engineering (or a comparable field).3-5 years of experience in packaging development, ideally within the food industry.Experience in designing and developing multi-material packaging solutions such as metal, flexible, and aluminum materials.Strong knowledge of industrial design processes and ability to create digital design concepts and prototypes.Creativity combined with a structured and methodical approach to project management.Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.Strong technical knowledge, with attention to detail in packaging validation, sustainability, and compliance.Strong in project management.Interest in Sustainability:
defining solutions, implementing packaging projects.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across diverse teams.Demonstrates adaptability and quick problem-solving in dynamic environments.
