Sales Training Manager
Job Responsibilities:

Design and continuously improve training materials for overseas markets, covering brand knowledge, product features, sales and delivery processes, and network development.
Conduct training sessions, evaluate trainee performance, and assess training effectiveness to ensure practical impact.
Coordinate with regional teams to align training schedules with product launch timelines in each market; manage internal and external training resources.
Develop and implement certification mechanisms for overseas markets; maintain comprehensive training records and oversee personnel certification.
Serve as the point of contact for product-related inquiries from overseas teams and maintain a pre-sales product Q&A database.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate training delivery and training program management.
Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
Solid understanding of automotive industry knowledge, product lifecycle, and training methodologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and online learning platforms (e.g., LMS).
Fluent in English for professional communication; willing and able to travel internationally on a regular basis (valid passport required).

任职资格：
具有 5 年以上培训授课及培训管理工作经验的人员。
本科及以上，汽车、机械、营销等相关专业优先。
掌握汽车专业知识、行业动态、培训流程。
熟练使用办公软件及在线学习平台。
英语能作为工作语言，持有有效护照适应频繁海外出差。
