Are you a Lead or Senior Engineer with a background in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering? Then this is your opportunity to take on a key role with technical responsibility for multidisciplinary projects while contributing to innovative system solutions in the (petro)chemical and oil & gas sectors.
Your Role
As Lead/Senior E&I Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems. You will lead a team of engineers and serve as the technical point of contact in your field of expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and coordinating E&I engineering activities within projects
Designing electrical and instrumentation systems in accordance with client requirements and applicable standards
Preparing technical specifications, drawings, and documentation
Performing calculations and technical analyses to ensure system performance and safety
Collaborating with other disciplines such as mechanical and process engineering
Monitoring progress, quality, and budget in close cooperation with the project manager
Providing technical support during procurement and execution phases
Ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Contributing expertise in analyzer systems and sample conditioning system design and integration
What You Bring
A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Solid knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including standards such as ATEX and IEC
Proven experience in leading engineering teams and working in a project-driven environment
Specific experience with analyzer systems and sample conditioning systems is a strong plus
Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude
Analytical mindset with a focus on quality, cost control, and results
Willingness to travel when necessary
