What You'll Do as a Content Executive
- Confidently own our content strategy:
You will contribute to shaping and executing the content strategy in alignment with the Head of Content.
- Take calculated, data-led moves:
Use performance data, audience research, and platform trends to continuously adapt, evolve, and improve - taking calculated risks to push our content forward.
- Collaborate across the business:
Work closely with product development, sales, marketing, and our speakers/lived experience advocates (the face and vital foundation of our business) to create content that resonates, changes lives, and delivers meaningful impact.
- Elevate our content and brand voice:
Infuse creativity, clarity, and strategic thinking into everything you create - from video and short-form articles to email content and beyond - helping us consistently raise the bar across both the TriggerHub app and PartnerHub.
- Experiment and test:
You won't be afraid to experiment, test new ideas, and find ways to make things 1% better every day.
- Be proactive:
Identify content opportunities, spot gaps in our messaging, and take initiative to bring new, high-impact ideas to the table.

- Tailor content to our audience:
Create content with intent, crafting messages for key audiences including U. S. and UK HR professionals, app users, and corporate partners - ensuring tone, format, and delivery are fit for purpose.
- Create high-quality, purpose-driven content:
You'll be hands-on in producing a wide variety of content - from scripting and shooting short-form videos to writing blog articles, case studies, landing page copy, and long-form e-books. You'll bring ideas to life through compelling storytelling, sharp messaging, and polished execution.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- You bring 3+ years of experience in similar content-focused roles.
- You've created content that performs and are ready to help take greater ownership of both strategy and execution with the Head of Content.
- You thrive in fast-paced, proactive environments, but balance that with a sense of clarity and calm under pressure.
- You're confident taking ambiguous briefs and turning them into clear, actionable plans with minimal hand-holding or a perfect brief.
- You will have strong organizational and project management skills.
- You will have exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
- You understand what makes content connect - from storytelling and structure to audience insight and performance.
- You have a genuine passion for mental health support and transforming the lives of those in the workplace, from employees to HR leaders.
- You'll be comfortable using a range of digital tools to plan, create, publish, and measure the effectiveness of content across multiple platforms.
- You will have experience using a range of content creation and management tools, including design platforms like Canva, video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
In return for your contribution, we offer a salary of £32,500 + benefits.
