Our client relationships are built on trust, expertise and collaboration, ensuring we deliver outstanding creative content that drives results.Working with some of the world's most exciting brands, our Senior Account Manager will take a lead role in managing and growing key accounts.
You'll be the primary contact for clients, overseeing multiple projects while thinking both strategically and creatively.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and trusted strategic partner.Strategic Account Growth:
Identify opportunities to expand accounts, proactively upselling services and working closely with the leadership team to develop business opportunities.Project Oversight:
Lead projects from briefing through to execution, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.Creative & Strategic Input:
Collaborate with the creative team to shape concepts and campaigns, ensuring they align with the client's brand and business objectives.Commercial & Financial Management:
Oversee budgets, ensure profitability, and manage contracts, negotiations, and invoicing.Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow within the agency.Process Improvement:
Help refine internal processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and overall client satisfaction.Industry Knowledge & Insights:
Stay ahead of trends in content creation, advertising and digital marketing to provide innovative solutions for clients.You'll Excel BySeeing the bigger picture and proactively driving client successTaking initiative and making confident decisions without waiting for directionManaging multiple projects with efficiency and attention to detailCollaborating with different teams while also taking full ownership of your workUnderstanding commercial goals and contributing to agency growthBeing a natural communicator who builds trust with both clients and colleaguesQualifications & Experience4+ years of experience in an advertising agencyProven experience in managing and growing client accountsStrong through the line knowledge of creative campaigns including.
brand strategy and production.Experience handling budgets and commercial account managementA solid understanding of both BTL and ATL content strategiesThe PackageSalary:
Full-time, up to £45k p.a.
