JD Logistics is looking for a passionate and results-driven Lead Recruiter to join our team in Luton, UK. In this pivotal role, you'll harness your expertise in logistics recruitment and (ideally) Chinese language proficiency to shape the future of our team. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Full-Cycle Management:
- Design and implement hiring strategies tailored to business needs, focusing on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding talent.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Create a goal-driven environment that motivates team members to exceed expectations.
Volume Hiring & Industry Expertise:
- Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns using innovative, scalable techniques.
- Utilize your deep logistics and supply chain knowledge to attract specialized talent.
Metrics & Employer Branding:
- Monitor and analyze recruitment performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine processes.
- Enhance JD Logistics' employer brand through strategic outreach and engaging events.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; an advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a bonus.
- Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the logistics and supply chain landscape.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
- Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring campaigns and utilize direct sourcing strategies effectively.
- Technology: Strong proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the adaptability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
