Wonderhatch is an independent creative agency based in the heart of Soho. Amid an exciting period for the business, we're looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Account Manager to join our team.
We are a team of no-nonsense (only the good kind!), ego-free go-getters who are passionate about creative excellence and smart solutions. Our client relationships are built on trust, expertise and collaboration, ensuring we deliver outstanding creative content that drives results.
Working with some of the world's most exciting brands, our Senior Account Manager will take a lead role in managing and growing key accounts.
You'll be the primary contact for clients, overseeing multiple projects while thinking both strategically and creatively. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their brand vision and business goals are at the core of everything we do.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and trusted strategic partner.
- Strategic Account Growth:
Identify opportunities to expand accounts, proactively upselling services and working closely with the leadership team to develop business opportunities.
- Project Oversight:
Lead projects from briefing through to execution, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.
- Creative & Strategic Input:
Collaborate with the creative team to shape concepts and campaigns, ensuring they align with the client's brand and business objectives.
- Commercial & Financial Management:
Oversee budgets, ensure profitability, and manage contracts, negotiations, and invoicing.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow within the agency.
- Process Improvement:
Help refine internal processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and overall client satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge & Insights:
Stay ahead of trends in content creation, advertising and digital marketing to provide innovative solutions for clients.

Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in an advertising agency
- Proven experience in managing and growing client accounts
- Strong through the line knowledge of creative campaigns including. brand strategy and production.
- Experience handling budgets and commercial account management
- A solid understanding of both BTL and ATL content strategies
The Package
- Salary:
Full-time, up to £45k p.A. depending on experience - Location:
Soho, Kingly Street - Work:
Hybrid, minimum 4 days in the office - Start Date:
ASAP, June 2025
