Take calls for the Work Wise line and ensure they are answered promptly within the defined timeframeResponse to emails needs to be monitored and actioned accordinglyCheck the eligibility of referrals and assign them to dedicated Employment Specialist advisors for further processingAccurately update all relevant information in the systemPossess basic IT skills to navigate through systems and databases Achieve agreed personal targets related to call handling and other relevant metrics Compliance and audit administration:
Assist in the administration of compliance and audit activities for the contractEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policiesCRM support:
To ensure records are accurately updated on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systemWeekly checks to support the Monthly submission to Work Wise Surrey County councilAd hoc duties:
Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the Work Wise contract, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the program.
Administrative support:
Offer unwavering administrative support across diverse projects, using best practices to drive successEfficiently manage IT equipment for new team members and facilitate the smooth return of equipment from departing staffWhat training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
