Job Title: Technical Support Engineer H / F
Airbus Defence & Space - Secure Land Communication (SLC) in Elancourt (78) is seeking a Technical Support Engineer H / F to join the Delivery Services department.
Position Overview
This role requires security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities. The Service Support Engineer will support the Tactilon AGNET solution and its ecosystem of applications, following ITIL processes. The position involves supporting two market segments: 'On Premises' (hosted in the customer environment) and 'SaaS' (cloud-based hosting).
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain Service Desk capabilities.
- Deliver Level 3 Support.
- Manage Level 3 escalations to external providers.
- Implement new services and improve existing ones.
- Field-test new support and administration tools.
- Act as a technical domain referent when needed.
This role involves some international travel and working in a 24/7 support environment on a rotating basis.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IT, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Knowledge of broadband communications (3GPP MCX).
- Understanding of ITIL processes (certification is a plus).
- Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under demanding conditions and meet SLAs.
Language Skills: Fluent French and advanced English.
