Job Purpose

The Manager demonstrates a positive leadership role while effectively managing areas of responsibility and integrating the values, vision and goals of Horizon Health Network within a professional practice framework of interdisciplinary collaboration. Qualifications

• Registered with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
• Minimum of ten (10) years progressive experience including at least three (3) years supervisory experience
• Successful completion of a recognized management development program
• Preference will be given to applicants with management experience and/or those with direct experience in the delivery of cancer care services
• Excellent attendance record
• Demonstrates team philosophy and values
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates management competencies - leadership, managing resources, superior communication skills, sound judgment, and decision making

• Works with Administrative Director to align planning with strategic directions and identified needs
