Design and implement robust software solutions that accelerate research workflows and improve data analysis capabilitiesLead technical decision-making for key projects, ensuring scalable and maintainable architectures Mentor senior engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture Set technical standards and drive adoption of best practices across the team Support and collaborate with other teams to optimize workflows and eliminate bottlenecksAdvocate for best engineering practicesAbout youTechnical Requirements Experience with one or more of the major cloud providers such as:
AWS, GCP, or Azure Infrastructure as Code - Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar Proficiency in JavaScript / Node.js Proficiency of microservices, APIs, and cloud security CI/CD practices and DevOps principlesSoft & Behavioral SkillsExperience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and resultsService-oriented, flexible, and a team player who takes initiativeStrong problem-solving & critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishGrowth mindset with enthusiasm for learning new technologies and approachesInnovation-focused with a willingness to experiment and introduce improved ways of workingCollaborative leadership that encourages open dialogue where team members feel safe to share ideas and learn from mistakesYou have a proven ability to spot organizational leverage points that unlock exponential productivity gainsYour background8+ years of experience (or equivalent knowledge).
