Power BI, Tableau, DOMO) to drive actionable insights.Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and operational data to inform strategic decisions.Provide high-impact dashboards, visualizations, and presentations for executive leadership.Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder EngagementAct as the primary point of contact between BI and global teams including Finance, Product Development, Operations, and IT.Drive alignment on data priorities, establish governance frameworks, and foster organizational transparency.Partner with leadership to deliver concise updates on KPIs, trends, and opportunities for growth.Leadership in Data-Driven InnovationLead the development of global analytics programs to improve business agility and performance.Establish processes to improve data accuracy, governance, and accessibility across the organization.Identify opportunities to implement machine learning and AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics and decision support.Financial and Operational InsightsConduct in-depth financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives.Drive scenario planning, forecasting, and cost modeling for new business opportunities.Develop tools and dashboards to improve visibility into performance metrics, margins, and cost efficiency.Minimum Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA, M.S.) are highly preferred.10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy within a multinational organization.Demonstrated expertise in BI tools (e.g.
Power BI, Tableau, DOMO) and enterprise data platforms (e.g.
Oracle, SAP).Strong background in analyzing large data sets, financial modeling, and leveraging insights to guide strategy.Proficiency in managing global teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g.
