What you will be doing:

• Act as the Owner liaison for HOA Owners from the Accounting perspective
• Maintain systems of accounts and controls, providing accurate data necessary for all required accounting reports and statements
• Manage daily income audit, accounts receivable accounts payable, and credit management
• Assist all departments in the interpretation, orientation, training, and analysis of accounting matters
• Participate in creation of monthly financial reports
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Possess outstanding guest service skills and sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
• University/College degree in a related discipline is preferred
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows programs
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team as well as independently
