Your challenges:
The IT Product and Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of IT products and managing projects from initiation to completion, in a large functional scope (Quality, Procurement, Security).
This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the development and delivery of innovative IT solutions on time, within scope, and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both product management and project management principles, with the ability to balance strategic vision with detailed execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development.
- Develop user stories, specifications, and workflows for new product features and enhancements.
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration.

- Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, BA, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Work with business leaders and IT teams to ensure product and project requirements are met.
- Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders.

- Process Improvement:
- Continuously improve product management and project management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies that can improve product and project delivery.

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar roles in an IT-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of both product development and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and product management platforms.
- Familiarity with software development processes, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
- PMP, Scrum Master certification, or other relevant certifications (preferred).
