The Opportunity:
As part of this team, you will be involved in all aspects of the deal lifecycle, from origination to execution, working closely with experienced senior bankers and high-calibre clients. The team has a strong pipeline of Fintech and Financial Services transactions, both domestic and cross-border, with deal sizes typically in the €20m-€300m range.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end execution of M&A transactions across FIG and Fintech sectors
Financial modelling, valuation (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, etc.), and due diligence support
Preparation of marketing materials (pitch books, IMs, teasers, etc.)
Market research and analysis to support deal origination
Direct exposure to clients, investors, and senior stakeholders from day one
Requirements:
Native or fluent French speaker with strong written and verbal communication in English
FIG or Fintech sector experience gained from a Transaction Services or M&A team (mid-market or lower mid-market preferred)
Prior experience at a top-tier accountancy firm, boutique, or investment bank
Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, or related field
Team player with a proactive mindset and keen interest in the financial services sector
