Responsibilities

1. Research and identify new market segments, industries, or geographical regions for expansion
2. Utilize various tools to generate leads and contact prospects through calls, emails, social media, and meetings
3. Master the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, aligning pitches with the company's solutions
4. Represent the company at trade shows and conferences, managing administrative elements required for contracting
5. Contribute to the development of the company's growth strategy
6. Implement sales and marketing plans to achieve growth objectives
7. Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
8. Monitor competitors and propose strategies to maintain competitiveness
9. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
10. Provide regular reports on business development activities and results
11. Ensure administrative follow-up with clients and implement a client development strategy in coordination with account management teams

Your Skills

1. Advanced French and English language skills (minimum C1 proficiency level)
2. Minimum 3 years of experience selling MarTech products, ideally in SaaS model
3. Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, both internally and externally
4. Proficiency in negotiating agreements and contracts
5. Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions
6. Capability to work independently and take initiative
7. In-depth understanding of the industry in which the company operates
8. Ability to take initiative and anticipate market needs
9. Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure and persist in achieving goals
10. Clear and persuasive communication, both orally and in writing
11. Motivation to achieve and exceed set objectives
12. Effective collaboration with team members and knowledge sharing
