Pour notre cabinet de recrutement FinancePeople, nous recrutons un Business Developer / Talent Acquisition F / H pour notre bureau à Barcelone.
Notre Cabinet Barcelonais :
Nous sommes installés dans un appartement rénové avec terrasse, à deux pas de l'avenue Passeig de Gracia, l'une des plus grandes avenues de Barcelone, arborant des tas de boutiques, restaurants et architectures emblématiques de la ville.
Notre petite mais folle équipe est composée de 15 charmantes personnes. Alliant cultures et personnalités diverses, nous serons t'accueillir avec bienveillance et gaité.
Notre crédo : être sérieux, sans trop se prendre au sérieux !
Tes missions ?
- Engager le plan d'actions commerciales : objectifs, ciblage des clients et prospection, moyens d'actions dédiés…
- Prospection commerciale B2B auprès de Grands Groupes, ETI, PME, entreprises publiques et TPE.
- Gestion des leads jusqu'au closing et fidélisation des clients.
- Création d'un réseau de responsables RH et de profils top management dans le secteur financier.
- Recrutement de A à Z : sourcing, préqualification, entretiens, compte-rendu, suivi, coaching des candidats, animation de ta communauté de talents.
Tu es un(e) curieux(se), malin(e), débrouillard(e) et créatif(ve), rien ne t'arrête, pour toi il n'y a pas de problèmes mais que des solutions.
Doté d'une forte sensibilité commerciale, tu fais preuve de rigueur, d'organisation ainsi que d'une forte capacité relationnelle, ce qui te permettra de construire de bonnes relations avec nos clients.
Tu es motivé(e), autonome, polyvalent(e) et doté(e) d'un fort tempérament de communicant.
Tu es dynamique, enthousiaste, ouvert(e) d'esprit et ta bonne humeur est contagieuse.
Tu parles Français, l'espagnol est un plus.
Nos avantages :
Ta rémunération sera fixe et comprendra également une rémunération variable déplafonnée.
Tu bénéficieras d'une Assurance Maladie Axa prise en charge à 100% par TPG.
Tu auras la possibilité d'être en télétravail de 1 à 3 jours par semaine.
Après 1 an dans notre cabinet, tu pourras profiter de 10 jours de RTT.
A Barcelone, tu pourras profiter de nombreuses journées ensoleillées.
