Actualmente buscamos un Gerente de Contabilidad para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Misión :El Gerente de Contabilidad será responsable del desempeño y resultados de un departamento o área de contabilidad.
Proporciona dirección basada en políticas generales y orientación gerencial.
Gestiona políticas y controles contables, controles fiscales, preparación de informes financieros y protección de los activos de la organización.
Mantiene registros y informes contables y financieros, incluyendo libro mayor, estados financieros, informes regulatorios y de gestión.
Es responsable de gestionar la función contable general y las actividades diarias relacionadas con la precisión y mantenimiento de las cuentas del libro mayor y los estados financieros resultantes.
También es responsable de la gestión de cobros y crédito.
Adapta los planes y prioridades departamentales para abordar desafíos de recursos y operaciones.
Asegura que se cumplan los objetivos del proyecto, metas comerciales y presupuestos aprobados.
Recomienda procedimientos específicos del departamento y los implementa cuando son aprobados.
Brinda orientación a empleados, colegas y/o clientes.
- Gestionar un equipo de profesionales de la contabilidad y supervisar sus operaciones diarias.
- Garantizar la preparación de estados financieros precisos e informes de gestión.
- Analizar datos financieros y proporcionar información para la toma de decisiones.
- Supervisar la conciliación y mantenimiento de las cuentas del libro mayor.
- Gestionar procesos de cobros y gestión de crédito.
- Coordinar y apoyar procesos de auditoría interna y externa.
- Implementar mejoras en sistemas y procedimientos contables.
- Monitorear transacciones financieras y asegurar la documentación adecuada.
- Proporcionar orientación y capacitación a los miembros del equipo.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para apoyar la planificación y análisis financiero.
- Asegurar el registro y reporte oportuno y preciso de la información financiera (P&L, B/S y flujo de efectivo).
- Reconciliar cuentas financieras y resolver problemas pendientes de manera oportuna.
- Identificar, documentar e implementar mejoras en procesos para garantizar controles sostenibles en cada proceso financiero.
- Coordinar y liderar esfuerzos para estandarizar procesos en diferentes unidades de negocio, asegurando consistencia y calidad en los estados financieros y análisis relacionados.
- Coordinar y apoyar implementaciones de sistemas para garantizar migraciones costo-efectivas, cumplimiento de cronogramas y un entorno de control sostenido.
- Identificar e implementar mejoras para optimizar el ciclo de cierre mensual, reducir riesgos financieros y mejorar la estandarización.
- Coordinar y liderar esfuerzos para mejorar continuamente el capital de trabajo y el rendimiento del flujo de efectivo.
- Coordinar temas fiscales, legales y estatutarios con las unidades de negocio de manera oportuna.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con la alta dirección para asegurar la presentación oportuna de información que facilite los informes financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
- Demostrar capacidad para brindar orientación desde la perspectiva contable y ser visto como un socio que ayuda a la empresa a alcanzar sus metas y objetivos.
- Participar como socio de negocio y experto en contabilidad en análisis de adquisiciones, diligencias debidas, reingeniería y proyectos especiales, asegurando la precisión de todas las transacciones contables relacionadas.
- Capacitar y orientar al personal y a los miembros de las unidades de negocio para mejorar su comprensión de la contabilidad, gestión de riesgos y habilidades analíticas generales.
