Descripción de puestoAsegurar la disponibilidad del equipo móvil, supervisando las actividades de mantenimiento realizadas tanto por personal interno como por proveedores externos.
Principales responsabilidades- Coordinar al personal de mantenimiento mecánico.
- Garantizar la realización de los trabajos asignados al taller mecánico, revisando que se cuenten con los reportes de fallas y órdenes de trabajo para los mantenimientos preventivos.
- Inspeccionar trabajos realizados por talleres externos y unidades enviadas a reparación.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de unidades móviles en la plaza.
- Gestionar que todo equipo móvil cuente con las herramientas y condiciones de seguridad necesarias para su operación.
- Elaborar reportes en SAP.
- Generar órdenes de trabajo para los mantenimientos en el taller mecánico.
- Distribuir actividades del personal a su cargo, vigilando el uso correcto de refacciones.
- Supervisar la calidad de los trabajos realizados en el taller mecánico.
- Revisar la realización y cumplimiento de actividades según las normas de seguridad y medio ambiente.
- Supervisar la entrega de unidades y asignaciones para mantenimiento.
- Revisar y aprobar la calidad de trabajos internos y externos.
Generales: Licenciaturas en Ingeniería Industrial, Mantenimiento, Mecánica o Mecánica Automotriz. Dominio del inglés técnico.
Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en mantenimiento mecánico, con conocimientos en unidades del ramo y mantenimiento automotriz.
Conocimientos en ISO 9001, mantenimiento en el ramo, manejo de Office, gestión de personal y preferentemente SAP.
Competencias requeridas- Enfoque al cliente.
- Planeación y organización.
- Pensamiento estratégico.
- Gestión de información.
- Trabajo bajo presión.
Internas:
- Jefe de Mantenimiento (reporta directamente a esta posición).
- Asesor Jr. de Mantenimiento (coordina con este puesto la suspensión de operación de equipo móvil).
- Coordinador de Turno (supervisa entrega de unidades y asignaciones).
- Gerente de Plaza (coordina reemplazo de equipo y disponibilidad).
- Mecánico y Ayudante Mecánico (garantizan la ejecución de trabajos por su personal).
Externos:
- Proveedores (mantienen contacto con talleres externos y supervisan el mantenimiento según lo requerido).
