Role & Job
As a Delivery Developer Junior , you'll play a key role in helping us create and deliver conversational bots that are tailored to our clients' unique needs. You'll join a collaborative, supportive team where you'll learn our proprietary React-based framework, Botonic, and gain hands-on experience building real-world solutions.
What You'll Do :
- Learn and master our internal React framework, Botonic, with guidance from experienced team members.
- Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deliver bots that meet specific client requirements.
- Work closely with other developers to ensure our codebase is reliable, robust, and maintainable.
- Participate in code reviews, share ideas, and contribute to ongoing improvements in our development process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Grow your technical and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Requirements
- Located in Spain , possessing a valid NIE, a Spanish Social Security Number and the working visa in force.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks : You will be trained on our internal Botonic framework.
- Basic understanding of software development best practices : Version control with Git, code organization, debugging, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills : You'll be working with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude : Comfortable asking questions and seeking feedback.
- Interest in chatbots, conversational AI, or customer experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Entry level, annual base salary : 23K before taxes.
