Clinical Document Specialist
•
Join the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organization, powered by healthcare intelligence, as a Clinical Document Specialist. This role focuses on quality control of regulatory submission documents and is dedicated to a global pharma company. Tasks involve formatting and document/project management of regulatory documents.
- Collaborate with the global team to provide quality control (QC) for CSP, CSR, and submission documents, ensuring supporting documents are filed for inspection or audit.
- Compile CSR appendices and coordinate CSR publishing.
- Utilize project management skills to track and complete assigned tasks timely.
- Support the technical platform, including document management systems (e.g., Veeva), review/comment systems, templates, EndNote libraries, and SharePoint sites.
- Achieve high-quality results with minimal supervision.

You are:- At least one year of experience as a Clinical Document Specialist or in Regulatory Documents, with knowledge of protocols and CSR.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work independently.
- Experience working in a global environment is preferred.
- Experience with document management is preferred.
