Acompañamos a los clientes en la toma de decisiones sobre su estrategia de negocio Digital, Martech, Loyalty, Experiencia de Usuario, Tecnologías y Desarrollo, basado en 3 pilares fundamentales : Asesoría estratégica, constante evolución (Devops) y crecimiento de negocio (Growth).
Participamos en proyectos digitales multi-sectoriales, especialmente aquellos que son transaccionales, con operativa de negocio y de fidelización. Trabajamos con clientes en sectores como Travel, Fintech, Puntos de Venta y Deportes / Ocio.
Gestionamos proyectos digitales para clientes como Carrefour, ALSA, Meliá, Grupo Gmp, Correos, ONCE, Mahou, AECC, Hyatt.
Generamos un impacto directo en ventas, automatizamos y transformamos los datos de usuarios en insights que optimizan el producto y la estrategia.
De ti, esperamos :
- Conocimiento y experiencia en la implementación de proyectos de fidelización, CRM, estrategia de Loyalty y reglas de negocio e incentivo.
- Experiencia en proyectos y soluciones Martech que involucren data, trazabilidad, CDP, journeys y marketing automation.
- Experiencia co-creando con el cliente, aplicando metodología Design Thinking y conceptualizando la estrategia de proyectos digitales.
- Colaboración con el cliente en la definición y concreción de los objetivos del proyecto para tener una visión clara y definida de las entregas pactadas.
- Liderar los recursos necesarios para la definición exitosa del producto, donde aportará un contexto de negocio para el equipo de desarrollo de software priorizando funcionalidades bajo un enfoque ágil.
- En colaboración y coordinación continua con las necesidades del cliente y el proyecto, proporcionar visión al equipo de desarrollo y a las partes interesadas durante todo el proyecto definiendo los requerimientos del Producto
- Definición y seguimiento del Product Backlog. Responsable de priorizar y ordenar el Product Backlog priorizando la entrega en base a valor de negocio.
- Trabajar activamente junto al equipo de desarrollo durante el Sprint para guiar el desarrollo del producto hacia el Objetivo del Sprint proporcionando 'feedback' continuo y aclarando las dudas del equipo
- Proporcionar un papel activo en la mitigación de los impedimentos que afectan el cumplimiento exitoso de los objetivos.
- Elaborar dashboard y reportes acerca del progreso del producto y el impacto en el negocio.
- Experiencia en proyectos travel o retail (valorable)

Valoramos :
- Formación : Ingeniero / a Superior en informática, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Marketing, Publicidad.
- Formación en E-business y negocio digital.
- Experiencia con Google Analytics.
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles.
- Deseable certificado Product Owner y Kanban.
Ofrecemos :
- 25 días de vacaciones (los 23 que aparecen en nuestro convenio + 24 y 31 de diciembre).
- Trabajo en remoto. Las oficinas siempre están abiertas para cuando lo necesites.
- Horario flexible, con entrada desde las 8. 00 hasta las 9 : 00 h. de Lunes a Jueves. Los viernes salimos a las 15 horas. Jornada intensiva los meses de verano
