Responsibilities- Design and implement robust software using Web technologies or Flutter.
- Debug and resolve user-reported issues.
- Participate in code and architectural reviews.
- Collaborate on technical specifications with community and colleagues.
- Contribute to high-quality technical documentation.
- Propose improvements to engineering and operational practices.
- Deploy and operate team-developed services.
- Advocate for your product through technical leadership.
- Excellent academic record from high school and university or a compelling alternative path.
- Degree in Computer Science or STEM, or equivalent experience.
- Proven drive and ability to exceed expectations.
- Organized, proactive, and reliable in meeting deadlines.
- Professional communication skills.
- Experience with Web technologies and passion for Typescript, React, or Flutter.
- Focus on accessibility and performance.
- Proficiency in English.
- Linux experience (Debian/Ubuntu preferred).
- Interpersonal skills, curiosity, adaptability, and accountability.
- Motivated, thoughtful, and self-driven.
- Willingness to travel twice a year for up to two weeks.
- Experience with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, LXD.
- User-centric UI development attention.
- REST API design and governance.
- Performance engineering and security expertise.
