About the roleThis role involves dual responsibilities: Customer Service and Claims. Communication with customers is conducted via phone and email.
Key Areas / Functions- Provide excellent customer service to clients with life, hospitalization, dental, and bill protector policies.
- Handle administrative tasks: respond to emails, manage reports, cancel policies, process claims.
- Maintain good knowledge of the portfolio to answer customer queries related to products and claims.
- Manage complaints in accordance with country regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and partners for improved service delivery.
- Participate in call monitoring and quality reviews to assess team performance.
- Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements to supervisors.
- Support team members to achieve collective goals and targets.
- Experience in Life Insurance products, claims processing, and customer service organizations.
- Experience in complaint resolution.
- Experience in a Contact Centre environment.
- Ability to meet/exceed targets and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced level of Italian (native speaker preferred).
- Advanced level of English; additional European languages are a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive and able to work independently, with a focus on process improvements.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Quick learner with problem-solving abilities.
- Conflict management skills.
- Permanent contract

- Hybrid work: 4 days remote, 1 day in Madrid office
- Working hours: 8:45 to 17:30, Monday to Friday
