- Lead process improvement and coordinate production management activities on the shop floor.
- Implement Lean and 5S methodologies, actively involving workshop staff in developing improvements.
- Coordinate factory projects, including new equipment installations and layout changes.
- Analyze methods and times to optimize production processes.
- Use your project management skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Technical or higher engineering degree, preferably in mechanical or industrial organization.
- Proven ability in technical office and continuous improvement, ideally in the automotive or metal-mechanical sector.
- Proficiency in CAD design tools.
- Advanced Excel and project management tool skills.
- Ability to manage projects and work independently.
