Desde Cuerva* nos encontramos en búsqueda de un profesional apasionado por la energía en el hogar para unirse a nuestro equipo como Smart Home Manager . Tu misión principal consistirá en crear una nueva área de negocio dentro de la compañía centrada en proporcionar soluciones inteligentes de energía a hogares y a usuarios particulares.
Cuerva* pretende ser el ecosistema de referencia en la transición energética del siglo XXI , siendo capaz de transformar la relación de las organizaciones y de las personas con la Energía, con la misión de acelerar la transición energética del conjunto de los usuarios y agentes, fomentando el uso de nuevas fuentes y tecnologías , introduciendo soluciones inteligentes de energía y potenciando la transformación hacia la estructura eléctrica del futuro .
Tus roles y responsabilidades:
- Explorar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en hogares . Esto incluye sistemas de energía renovable, almacenamiento de energía, y gestión inteligente de la energía.
- Captación de clientes : Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias para captar clientes sobre el uso eficiente y sostenible de las soluciones energéticas en el hogar.
- Análisis de mercado y competencia : Realizar estudios de mercado para identificar tendencias, necesidades del consumidor y evaluar la competencia, con el fin de orientar el desarrollo de productos y servicios que diferencien a la empresa en el mercado.
- Mantener contacto continuo con clientes y usuarios para aprender de ellos : contamos con una alianza estratégica con una gran superficie comercial y, en un inicio, parte del tiempo dedicado estaría en este espacio para poder tener contacto directo con el cliente.
- Colaboración multidisciplinar y aprovechar sinergias con el resto de la compañía: Trabajar estrechamente con equipos de ingeniería, diseño de productos, ventas y marketing para asegurar que las soluciones propuestas sean viables, escalables y alineadas con las necesidades del cliente.
- Gestión de relaciones con socios y proveedores : Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con proveedores de tecnología, socios de instalación, y otros stakeholders clave para asegurar la calidad y eficiencia en la entrega de soluciones.
Se valorará:
- Experiencia en el área de atención al cliente y/o comercial.
- Experiencia en el sector de energía y de la domótica, así como en tecnologías vinculadas al área de negocio.
- Experiencia y conocimientos en productos y servicios fotovoltaicos para hogares.
- Experiencia y conocimientos en tecnologías para hogar, como son Home Assistant y distintos tipos de dispositivos Smart Home.
- Conocimientos en técnicas de innovación y desarrollo de nuevos productos.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos innovadores y con alta incertidumbre.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y actitud proactiva.
- Experiencia en puesto similar o experiencias relacionadas de, al menos, 5 años.
- Disponibilidad para viajar puntualmente.
- Presencia física en Granada.
