Además, posee dos Data Centers en España con más de 6.000 metros cuadrados y su cartera de clientes supera los 160.000.
Buscamos un operador de sistemas informáticos y comunicaciones 24x7 para plataformas avanzadas y proyectos críticos de clientes.
Sus principales funciones y responsabilidades serán:
- Monitorización y operación de los equipos, servidores y aplicaciones.
- Realizar tareas de mantenimiento y control en Datacenter.
- Ejecución de procedimientos de gestión y de resolución de incidencias.
- Participar en la mejora y desarrollo de los sistemas, herramientas y procedimientos de supervisión, gestión y operación.
- Operación y mantenimiento de plataformas tanto internas como dedicadas a clientes.
- Apoyo en la provisión de servicios de Sistemas TI.
- Resolución de primer nivel de incidencias relacionadas con Sistemas TI.
- Tareas planificadas de mantenimiento en horario de bajo impacto, generalmente fuera del horario laboral.
- Se integrará en sistema de turnos 24x7.
Conocimientos en la administración / operación de entornos Microsoft (Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022).
Conocimientos en operación de sistemas basados en Linux (Red Hat, Oracle, Centos, Debian) y se valoran conocimientos en entornos Unix (Solaris, AIX).
Conocimiento en herramientas de gestión y monitorización (Hobbit / Xymon, Zabbix, HPOV, Nagios, Cricket, MRTG, etc.).
Conocimientos en aplicaciones Plesk, Cpanel o similares.
Conocimientos de tecnologías de virtualización de servidores tanto con Microsoft (Hyper V, System Center) como de tecnología VMWare (VSphere, VCenter, VCloud Director).
Se valora conocimiento en otros entornos de virtualización (Xen, KVM, Parallels, etc.).
Conocimientos de redes:
VLAN, routing, balanceo de servicios.
Conocimientos de desarrollo de herramientas de operación de sistemas en PERL y Shell Script.
Conocimientos sólidos de 'tecnología Internet' (TCP / IP, servidores web, DNS, correo, FTP, etc.).
Trabajo en equipo.
Visión de cliente.
Comunicación y relaciones transparentes.
Flexibilidad.
Experiencia en el sector de hosting o proveedor de servicios Internet (ISP).
Conocimiento en la administración de firewalls y gestión de VPN.
Conocimiento en entornos de almacenamiento de datos, redes SAN, NAS, iSCSI, cabinas de almacenamiento.
Conocimientos de Bases de Datos (Oracle, My SQL, MS-SQL, etc.).
