El puesto de Operador dependerá directamente del coordinador del centro de realidad virtual. Además de prestar apoyo al coordinador, sus funciones serán:
Gestión del centro de juegos de realidad virtual: recepción de clientes, información, inscripción y organización de las partidas, impartición de briefing para el manejo de los equipos, apertura y/o cierre de las instalaciones.
Gestión del espacio y de los equipamientos a su cargo (montaje y desmontaje), garantizando el buen estado de los mismos.
Solución de las incidencias técnicas, comunicándose con el centro de soporte técnico hot-line.
Atención al cliente, potenciando la imagen de la empresa y el centro de realidad virtual.
Requisitos:
Residencia en Madrid.
Nivel medio-alto de usuario en informática.
Idioma inglés a nivel medio-alto de conversación, y los términos técnicos específicos (inglés técnico).
Disponibilidad para trabajar en fin de semana y librar entre semana.
Queremos personas con carácter alegre, con buenas dotes para comunicarse y atender a los clientes, con predisposición para resolver problemas, y con buen desarrollo técnico para las incidencias. Se valorará positivamente si posee afición por los videojuegos.
