Desde el departamento de eBusiness buscamos un / a Revenue Manager Support, que se encargará de implementar las estrategias y los procesos orientados a maximizar los ingresos y la rentabilidad de las regiones bajo su responsabilidad.
Desde su rol, revisará la implantación de iniciativas de mejora en materia de revenue management, alineadas con la estrategia comercial de la compañia, garantizando la correcta ejecución de las directrices y objetivos marcados.
Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Revisar los ingresos, el business mix de canales y la estrategia para mejorar la rentabilidad de las regionales.
- Analizar el rendimiento mensual general de los hoteles / regionales y proporcionar un informe resumido con recomendaciones para mejorar las estrategias a medio-largo plazo.
- Elaborar y revisar los estándares de mejores prácticas.
- Evaluar el desempeño de otros distribuidores y tarifas contratadas.
- Configurar y coordinar el uso y evolución de las herramientas de revenue management, asegurando su correcta implementación y adaptación a las necesidades operativas de los hoteles y regionales.
- Formar a los equipos o personas que lo requieran para potenciar la cultura del revenue a través de las herramientas y plataformas de análisis disponibles.
- Grado Universitario en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Gestión Hotelera o similar.
- Se valorará experiencia similar, en áreas comerciales del sector hotelero y en la gestión de Revenue.
- Sólidos conocimientos en la elaboración de estrategias comerciales.
- Se valorarán muy positivamente conocimientos de metodologías ágiles.
- Uso de herramientas de ticketing como JIRA.
- Capacidades como :
Proactividad, responsabilidad, organización, versatilidad y trabajo en equipo.
