As Bid Manager, you will be in charge of managing the process of submitting proposals or bids for the acquisition of projects or contracts, especially in commercial, technological, or service environments.
This role involves coordinating teams, analyzing requirements, establishing pricing strategies, and ensuring that the proposal meets quality and budget standards.
We are looking for someone who aims to continue to grow, innovate and get involved in the core operations of our company.

Oversee and lead teams dedicated to proposal development in complex and international environments.
Direct complete proposal lifecycles, from identifying opportunities to the final presentation to the client.
Develop advanced pricing strategies tailored to proposals exceeding 1 million euros.
Analyze and optimize costs to ensure competitiveness and profitability in complex offers.
Coordinate the proposal development process, approval committees, and involved teams.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the relevant industry, sector, and market to effectively tailor strategies and proposals, on private and public sectors.
