We are looking for a Product Manager to support our Core Network Squad, which is focused on enhancing the uptime, reliability, and observability of our core network infrastructure.

This is a mission-critical role where you'll drive improvements in our network stack, ensuring resilience, performance, and visibility across our systems.

The squad consists of four engineers, coming from software engineering, telco systems, and embedded engineering. We are out to build the best cellular network in the world , impacting millions of devices globally and ensuring seamless connectivity.

As the second Product Manager at Onomondo, you'll also be a key contributor to our Product team that genuinely believes in strategic product thinking . While defining the future of our core product offering and challenging industry standards, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our Product function, shaping our culture and educating Onomondo how we work.

What You'll Be Doing:

Strategy : Drive the goals & strategy for our core network infrastructure, balance strategic priorities with operational needs and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Problem discovery : Deeply understand our network and our customer's connectivity problems and apply analytical skills to identify the highest leverage opportunities.
Product delivery : Support the squad in testing rigorously, validating hypotheses and building on learnings over time, while coordinating current deliverables.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align our outcomes with broader business goals and translate our work to the rest of the organization.
Evangelism : Shape our Product culture, contribute to our vision and help us in educating the rest of the organization why Product thinking is absolutely crucial.

What You Bring:

Experience as a Product Manager in a start-up/scale-up environment
Experience with the product-operating model and having established a cross-functional team/ squad from scratch
Expertise in the monitoring, reliability or observability space

How you would describe yourself:

You are based in Copenhagen.

You are used to dealing with uncertainty.
You like to leverage data and insights to develop strong hypotheses.
You are used to hands-on execution, solving day-to-day roadblocks in a smart way.
You know how to handle stakeholders to align goals and resolve conflict.
You can effectively translate the impact of scale work to different audiences.
