DIT TEAM & ROLLE
Med direkte reference til vores International Sales Manager bliver du en del af VERO MODAs Sales Management Team og får ansvaret for vores nordiske wholesale-region: Danmark, Norge, Sverige og Finland. Det er veludviklede markeder med stort potentiale, og din opgave bliver at videreudvikle regionen, øge markedsandele og sikre profitabilitet.
Du vil stå i spidsen for et dedikeret salgsteam med base i Aarhus og vil arbejde både strategisk og operationelt med salget. Du får et tæt samarbejde med kolleger på tværs af Buying, Design, NOOS, Retail og Marketing - og bliver en nøgleperson i relationen til vores største wholesale-kunder og retailpartnere.
SKAB RESULTATER GENNEM MENNESKER - OG OMSÆT AMBITIONER TIL HANDLING
Du får det fulde kommercielle og personalemæssige ansvar for dine markeder og skal sikre implementeringen af VERO MODAs ambitiøse salgsstrategi i regionen.
Dine primære opgaver vil inkludere at:
- Udvikle salgsstrategier, sætte mål og sikre stærk eksekvering på tværs af markeder
- Identificere forretningsmuligheder og opbygge tætte relationer til nøglekunder og B2B-partnere
- Lede, motivere og udvikle et højtpræsterende internationalt salgsteam
- Sikre stærkt samarbejde med HQ-funktioner (Buying, NOOS, Design m.fl.) og skabe alignment mellem produkt og marked
- Drive salgsperformance gennem data, markedsindsigt og kommerciel analyse
- Lede den strategiske udvikling og eksekvering af NOOS i regionen - herunder salgsplanlægning og produktinput
- Øge kundetilfredsheden, optimere lager og løbende forbedre profitabiliteten
- En nøgleposition i en af Europas førende modevirksomheder med stort ansvar og indflydelse
- Mulighed for at lede og udvikle en af VERO MODAs mest etablerede salgsregioner
- En samarbejdsorienteret salgskultur med stærk support fra HQ og rum til at vokse som leder

Du er en strategisk og resultatorienteret salgsperson med et stærkt kommercielt mindset og solid ledelseserfaring. Du forstår, hvordan man arbejder med etablerede wholesale-markeder og har dokumenteret erfaring med at skabe vækst og resultater.
Vi forestiller os, at du har:
- Solid erfaring med internationalt salg og salgsledelse - Ideelt med kendskab til de nordiske markeder
- Erfaring med at samarbejde med key accounts og drive kommercielle resultater i tekstilbranchen
- Erfaring med datadreven salgsoptimering og performanceopfølgning
- Flydende i engelsk - både skriftligt og mundtligt
