Facharzt/ -ärztin (m/w/d) für Thoraxchirurgiein der Klinik und Poliklinik für Viszeral-, Thorax-, und Gefäßchirurgie
Die Stelle ist zum nächstmöglichen in Vollzeit unbefristet zu besetzen.
Braucht Ihr ganzes Können - Ihr Aufgabengebiet:In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine Vielzahl anspruchsvoller Aufgaben im Bereich der Thoraxchirurgie.
Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören die Durchführung von Bronchoskopien zur Diagnostik und Intervention sowie operative Eingriffe aus dem thoraxchirurgischen Spektrum.
Sie übernehmen zudem Aufgaben im Rahmen der Zertifizierung, des Qualitätsmanagements und der Tumorboards.
Die Betreuung von Sprechstunden und die Teilnahme an Bereitschafts-, Ruf- und Konsildiensten gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
Darüber hinaus engagieren Sie sich in der Forschung und Lehre.
Sie sind in die Einwerbung von Drittmitteln eingebunden und beteiligen sich aktiv an klinischen Studien sowie an der Veröffentlichung von Forschungsergebnissen.
Die Ausbildung von Medizinstudent
• innen und die Planung sowie Durchführung von Weiter- und Fortbildungen zählen ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
Im Rahmen der Patientenversorgung sind Sie verantwortlich für die Chirurgie und Thoraxchirurgie, einschließlich der Indikationsstellung und Anwendung entsprechender chirurgischer Techniken.
Sie führen Anamnesen sowie klinische Untersuchungen durch, nehmen an Patientenvisiten teil und halten sich an die entsprechenden SOPs und Vorschriften.
Zudem erledigen Sie alle relevanten Organisations- und Verwaltungsaufgaben.
In der Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg
• innen und anderen Berufsgruppen nehmen Sie regelmäßig an Mitarbeiterbesprechungen teil und arbeiten intensiv mit einweisenden Ärzten und anderen Fachbereichen zusammen.
Betriebsbezogen halten Sie Arbeitsschutz-, Hygiene- und Brandschutzbestimmungen ein und gehen verantwortungsvoll mit Ressourcen um, wobei Sie stets die wirtschaftlichen Grundsätze im Blick haben.
- abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung für Thoraxchirurgie, gern auch fortgeschrittener Ausbildungsstand
- Approbation als Arzt / Ärztin (bei Bewerber
• innen aus dem Ausland ist die Anerkennung der Approbation bei der Sächsischen Landesärztekammer erforderlich) - Erfahrung mit thoraxchirurgischen Erkrankungen und deren Behandlung
- aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz, Durchhaltevermögen, Beharrlichkeit und Ausdauer
- sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen mit ausgeprägter Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
- Engagement, Leistungsbereitschaft und fähig in Stresssituationen hohe Leistungen zu erzielen
- Tätigkeit in der medizinisch führenden Forschung, Lehre und Krankenversorgung verbunden mit einem hochspezialisierten Arbeitsumfeld
