Deine Aufgaben:
- Neben deiner Tätigkeit als KFZ-Mechaniker/-Monteur Fahrzeugglas (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die Zusatzfunktion „Betriebsleiter (HWK)' und bist verantwortlich für die technisch-fachlichen Themen vor Ort und die Einhaltung aller Carglass® Standards.
- Du führst den Austausch und die Reparatur von Fahrzeugglas durch und setzt die Tageseinsatzplanung um.
- Nach einem Windschutzscheibenaustausch kalibrierst du bei Bedarf die Fahrerassistenzsysteme.
- Du berätst und betreust unsere Kunden mit entsprechender Serviceorientierung von der Auftragsannahme bis zur Fahrzeugrückgabe.
- Du bist für die Erstellung von Rechnungen, das Verwalten von Kundengeldern sowie die Disposition und Erstellung der eingehenden Aufträge zuständig.
- Du verantwortest die Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen, die ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung der Inventur sowie die Sicherstellung von auditrelevanten Standards und Korrekturmaßnahmen.
Das bringst du mit:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung und idealerweise einige Jahre Berufserfahrung.
- Du bringst die Bereitschaft zur Durchführung der Sachkundeprüfung mit oder bist bereits Betriebsleiter (HWK).
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B oder B197 und gute Deutschkenntnisse.
- Dich zeichnen eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten aus.
- Du magst eigenständiges und flexibles Arbeiten.
- Du verfügst über PC-Kenntnisse und fühlst dich sicher bei administrativen Tätigkeiten.

In der Regel arbeitest du 39 Stunden in der Woche innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten, 1-2 Mal im Monat auch an Samstagen, dafür erhältst du natürlich Ausgleichstage (wenn du interessiert an Teilzeit oder flexiblen Modellen bist, sprich uns gerne an).
Reguläre Öffnungszeiten:
Mo-Fr von 07:30 - 17:00 Uhr
Sa von 08:00 - 13:30 Uhr
Pünktliches Gehalt + Extras
Mindestgehalt von 2.900 EUR brutto für Quereinsteiger (z.B. ohne Berufsausbildung oder Vorerfahrung) und zusätzlich 300 EUR brutto als funktionsgebundene Betriebsleiterzulage; Zuschläge für zusätzliche Verantwortungen sowie regionale Gegebenheiten sind möglich. Wenn du eine KFZ-Ausbildung oder -Erfahrungen hast auch mehr - pünktlich 4 Tage zum Monatsende auf dein Konto, plus:
- Jährlich 1.040 EUR brutto Urlaubsgeld und 1.040 EUR brutto Weihnachtsgeld
