Deine Aufgaben.
Unterstütze unser Retail-Team im Designer-Outlet Ochtrup bei der Maximierung der Verkaufsleistung durch administrative sowie analytische Aufgaben, Meeting-Vorbereitung und Markenmanagement-Aktivitäten.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Markenpartnern zur Optimierung von Umsatz und Kundenservice.
• Analyse von Verkaufsdaten und Erstellung von Performance-Berichten.
• Organisation von Sales Performance Reviews, Mystery Shopping und unserer Retail Academy.
• Bereitstellung relevanter Berichte für das Management und Koordination der täglichen Geschäftstätigkeit.
• Unterstützung bei Projekten und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Umsetzung von Best Practices.
