  • Sie übernehmen die Konzeption, Erstellung und Umsetzung unserer Newsletter sowie personalisierter E-Mail-Marketing-Kampagnen - von der ersten Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Versand.
  • Um einen reibungslosen Ablauf und optimale Ergebnisse sicherzustellen, steuern und koordinieren Sie externe Dienstleister und Agenturen.
  • Die Performance der Kampagnen analysieren Sie, leiten Optimierungspotenziale ab und entwickeln kontinuierlich neue Ansätze zur Verbesserung.
  • Sie bringen Ihre Ideen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung des E-Mail-Marketing-Kanals ein und setzen innovative Personalisierungskonzepte um.

Ihr Spieleinsatz:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder mediennahe Ausbildung und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einer Agentur oder im Marketing eines Unternehmens.
  • Der Umgang mit Newsletter-Tools ist Ihnen vertraut, zudem bringen Sie idealerweise Kenntnisse in CRM- und Content-Management-Systemen mit.
  • Analyse- und Tracking-Tools zur Performance-Auswertung setzen Sie sicher ein.
  • Sie überzeugen durch eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke - sowohl schriftlich aus auch mündlich.
  • Eine hohe Online-Affinität, analytisches Zahlenverständnis und ein ausgeprägter Kundenfokus runden Ihr Profil ab.
