Teamleiter Zoll Import / Export (m/w/d)Wofür wir Sie brauchen
  • Fachliche Leitung einer kleinen Zollabteilung
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der internen Schnittstellen in allen Fragen zu den Themen Import und Exportkontrolle
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der Verbrauchssteuer wünschenswert (spezifischen Wissenstransfer werden wir sicherstellen)
  • Sicherstellung der innerbetrieblichen Einhaltung von Vorschriften des Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrechts
  • Ansprechpartner in allen zollrelevanten Fragestellungen nach extern
  • Berücksichtigung neuer Rechtsvorschriften und Sicherstellung der korrekten Umsetzung im Unternehmen
  • Sicherstellung und Überwachung der zollrechtlichen Bewilligung des Unternehmens (AEO, zugelassener Empfänger etc.)
  • Beachtung von Bestimmungen aus dem elektronischen Zolltarif
  • Zollrechtliche Ursprungs- bzw. Präferenzkalkulation
  • Verantwortung für Zollstammdaten und zollrelevante Buchungen
  • Sicherstellung einer regelmäßigen Überprüfung der Organisationsanweisungen und Dokumentationen
Womit Sie bei uns punkten
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung idealerweise im Groß- und Außenhandel, als Industriekaufmann (m/ w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Zollbereich (Import, Export, Warenursprungs- und Präferenzrecht)
  • Idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Import, Exportkontrolle und Verbrauchssteuern
  • Kommunikationsfähig, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und Begeisterung in der Ausgestaltung von bestehenden Prozessen im Aufgabengebiet
  • Eine verantwortungsbewusste, lösungsorientierte, zuverlässige sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung zusammen mit einer verständnisvollen und wertschätzenden Kommunikation
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office
  • SAP Kenntnisse wünschenswert
