Interner Titel: Laborwerker Bulkproduktion 4 (Spezialist 1)
Für den größten Standort von CSL Behring suchen wir aktuell nach Mitarbeitenden in unseren Produktionsabteilungen. Diese bestehen aus Herstellung, Abfüllung, visueller Kontrolle und Verpackung.
Im Bereich der Bulkproduktion stellen wir unsere finalen Plasmaprodukte her und bereiten diese für die Abfüllung vor.
Aufgaben
- Fachliche Weisungsbefugnis und Prozessüberwachung
- Vorbereiten, Durchführen, Überwachen und Protokollieren von komplexen Arbeitsschritten (z.B. Durchführung von Fällungen, Adsorptionen, Pasteurisationsprozessen, Ultrafiltrationen, Virusfiltrationen, Chromatographien, Separationen)
- Bedienung von komplexen Maschinenanlagen (z.B. CIP-Anlagen, Separatoren, Temperkabinen)
- Bedienung und Überwachung von komplexen Prozessleitsystemen
- Fallweises Durchführen von Berechnungen nach Vorgabe an verschiedenen Prozessschritten
- Durchführen von Inprozesskontrollen (z.B. pH-Messung, Leitfähigkeitsbestimmung, Ethanolbestimmung)
- Kontrolle und Überwachung der Abarbeitung von Störungen und Wartungsarbeiten mit Logbucheintrag
- Erkennen und Melden von prozessbezogenen Abweichungen, Meldung an den Vorgesetzen und Mitarbeit bei der Behebung
- Anlegen und Buchen von Prozessaufträgen in SAP sowie von Inprozessproben in LIMS
Qualifikationen
- i.d.R. abgeschlossene 2-jährige Ausbildung, z.B. zur Produktionsfachkraft Chemie oder Weiterbildung zum Industriefachwerker Biologische Herstellverfahren
- 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und teamorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Bereitschaft zum vollkontinuierlichen Schichtdienst, Feiertags- und Wochenendarbeit
