Für unsere Abteilung Finanzen und Rechnungswesen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen:

Debitorenbuchhalter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (38,5 Stunden / Woche) Das bieten wir Dir

Deine Aufgaben
  • Erfassung bzw. Übernahme aus Vorsystemen von laufenden debitorischen Geschäftsvorfällen in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweils abrechnenden Fachabteilungen
  • Verarbeitung manueller Rechnungen / Belege
  • Durchführung von Lastschrifteinzügen
  • Verbuchung von Bank- und Kassenbewegungen sowie von Rücklastschriften
  • Kontrolle und Bearbeitung offener Postenlisten
  • Kontenpflege, -abstimmung und -klärung
  • Pflege des Mahnwesens mit Durchführung von Mahnläufen und Mahnbearbeitung
  • selbstständiges Zuarbeiten zum Jahresabschluss
  • Bearbeitung des elektronischen Zahlungsverkehrs in S-Firm (Überweisungen, Einzüge)
  • Übernahme von Büroassistenzaufgaben im Rechnungswesen im Vertretungsfall (Bearbeitung von Anfragen telefonischen, postalischen und per E-Mail, Postverteilung etc.)
Das zeichnet Dich aus
  • abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in der Debitoren- / Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • solide Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • sicherer Umgang mit Anwendersoftware und MS Office
  • schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie selbstständige genaue und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Engagement und Spaß im Umgang mit Zahlen, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Serviceorientierung
  • Identifikation mit den Grundsätzen des Roten Kreuzes
