Als Mitglied unseres deutschen Management Teams suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Regionalleiter Service (m/w/d) für die Region Mitte-West am Standort Köln.

Ihr Aufgabenfeld:

  • Führung der gesamten Service Branch in der Region Mitte-West, inklusive aller Lines of Business (LOBs), um eine einheitliche und effiziente Servicequalität sicherzustellen.

  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele sowie der deutschlandweit vereinbarten strategischen Ziele in der Region.

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Strategien zur Förderung des Servicewachstums, um den Marktanteil signifikant zu steigern.

  • Übernahme der regionalen Verantwortung für die Profit & Loss (P&L) als integralen Bestandteil der deutschen P&L-Strategie.

  • Sicherstellung der Erreichung von Umsatz-, Margen- und EBIT-Zielen sowie der ordnungsgemäßen Durchführung von Sales-Forecasts im Rahmen der Auftragserfassung.

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der jährlichen Budget- und Personalplanung in Übereinstimmung mit den strategischen Zielvorgaben.

  • Gewährleistung eines kontinuierlichen Wachstums sowohl in Bezug auf Margen als auch EBIT und Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch gezielte Maßnahmen.

  • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger, vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen zur Steigerung der Kundenbindung und -loyalität.

  • Etablierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Marktpräsenz auf dem deutschen Markt durch gezielte Marketing- und Vertriebsstrategien.

  • Bildung und Führung eines leistungsstarken, kundenorientierten Service-Teams, das auf Effizienz und Effektivität ausgerichtet ist.

  • Analyse lokaler Marktsegmente, um sich auf gegenwärtige und zukünftige profitable Segmente zu konzentrieren und Marktanteile auszubauen.

  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung interner sowie externer rechtlicher Richtlinien und Vorschriften, einschließlich EHS, Ethik und Compliance.

  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Qualitätsstandards und -prozessen.

  • Verantwortung für die Schulung und Entwicklung der Qualifikationen von direkten Mitarbeitern und Teammitgliedern zur Förderung einer starken Teamleistung.

  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Rechts- und Qualitätsnormen zur Gewährleistung höchster Standards im Servicebereich.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einer technischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Gebäudetechnik oder Betriebswirtschaft.

  • Langjährige, nachweisbare Erfahrung in leitenden Verkaufs- und operativen Tätigkeiten innerhalb eines Gebäudetechnikunternehmens.

  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse des Marktes sowie der Kundenbedürfnisse im Bereich Gebäudetechnologie.

  • Umfassende Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Vorschriften (VDE, DIN, VOB, VOL, VDS, EN) zur Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards.

  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägten Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick.

  • Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken, gekoppelt mit einer starken Zielorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen.

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um in einem internationalen Umfeld effektiv kommunizieren zu können.
