Werde Teil unseres 12-köpfigen Teams im Bereich Human Resources als HR Specialist (befristete Elternzeitvertretung), das die operative Personalbetreuung von insgesamt fünf Ländern im Raum EMEA verantwortet. Dich umgeben motivierte und engagierte Kollegen mit großem Herz und Humor, welche mit Dir die Leidenschaft für den bunten, vielseitigen Blumenstrauß der Personalarbeit teilen und Dir einen tiefen Einblick in die Strukturen und Prozesse eines international führenden e-Commerce-Unternehmens geben. Darüber hinaus kannst Du eigenständig die Verantwortung für verschiedene HR-(Teil)Projekte übernehmen.
Deine Aufgaben:
Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitenden in allen Fragen der operativen Personalarbeit in Deutschland im persönlichen Kontakt, per Ticket-System und Live Chat
Bearbeitung administrativer Personalmanagementaufgaben im Rahmen der Personalbetreuung (z. B. Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Bescheinigungen)
Pflege von Stammdaten unserer Mitarbeitenden im Personalmanagementsystem sowie Verwaltung der elektronischen Personalakten
Erster Ansprechpartner für Krankenkassen und Behörden
Enger Austausch mit anderen HR-Bereichen sowie der Gehaltsabrechnung
Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung der HR Strategie und der Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen
Dein Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Personaladministration oder abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement
3 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen
Praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Personalinformationssystemen, wie zum Beispiel Workday
Sichere Handhabung der MS-Office-Anwendungen Word, Excel und Outlook
Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Sozialkompetenz und Integrität
Organisations-, Improvisations- und Koordinationstalent
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist sowie eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und vorausschauende proaktive Arbeitsweise
Fähigkeit, auf wechselnde Anforderungen schnell und flexibel reagieren zu können.
