Für unser IT-Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem Standort in Hannover oder Biebesheim eine/n IT Business Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben- Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen zur Konzeption und Umsetzung von Anforderungen in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365 BC in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle 365 BC Anfragen
- Eigenverantwortliche Erarbeitung von IT-Konzepten mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft Dynamics Business Central sowie weiteren lokalen Anwendungen
- Anpassung, Konfiguration und Dokumentation der Systeme gemäß den spezifischen Anforderungen
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Berechtigungskonzepten
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Support für die Anwender
- Enge Abstimmung mit dem Group Head of IT
- Steuerung externer Projekt-Mitarbeiter
- Persönlichkeit:
- Starke zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und IT-Teams
- Strukturiertes Arbeiten und ein Organisationstalent sind der Gamechanger
- Bereitschaft, kontinuierlich dazuzulernen und sich in einem sich entwickelnden Umfeld anzupassen
- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrungen und Knowhow:
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im gesuchten Umfeld, vorzugsweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Verständnis für die Integration von Dynamics 365 mit anderen Unternehmensanwendungen
- Verständnis für die Erstellung und Verwaltung von Berechtigungskonzepten in Unternehmensanwendungen
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung detaillierter Dokumentationen für IT-Systeme und Benutzerhandbücher
- Fähigkeit, Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung zu führen, sowie komplexe Herausforderungen zu identifizieren und effektive Lösungen zu implementieren
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Software/IT-Kenntnisse: Erfahrung in der Implementierung, Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC
- Reisebereitschaft: Die Reisezeit liegt bei ca. 5-6 Tage pro Monat.
